Day Five- Back to the Gym!

Breakfast- Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal w/ milk
Total calories- 188
 Morning Snack- Chocolate Chip Fullbar
Total calories- 160
Lunch- Tortilla Crusted Fish and Rice
Total calories- 300
 Afternoon Snack- Diet Pepsi
Total calories- 0
 Dinner- 4 hot dogs w/ chili, mustard and barbeque sauce
Total calories- 1284

Exercise- 30 minutes on stationary bike (Estimated burn- 443 calories)

Thought of the day- I'm so glad to be back in the gym! Working out gave me the extra calories for dinner, and it was so worth it!
