For Starters . . .

Starting tomorrow, I will do my very best to photograph every bit of food that I eat, and display them here, to keep me honest. In the past, I've fudged the numbers, "forgotten" the late night snacks, extra bits of candy/leftovers/whatever that I've eaten, and it's done me no good.

So tomorrow, I will start eating honestly, and see where it gets me.

Starting weight (as of 1/1/12)- 287.8 lbs.
