Yup, as of this morning, I'm down 8.4 pounds from last Sunday.
I'm not sure how much of this is just the weight I gained during Christmas and New Years dropping back off, but I'm still pleased. (Especially since it's my TOM this week) It definitely shows that I can still eat the foods I like, and even without going to the gym I can still lose weight.
