To keep myself honest, I'm taking photos of every bit of food I eat this year. I will also log my workouts, and weigh in once a week, to keep track of my progress.

Weigh In #2- 3.8 pounds down
Current Weight- 275.6 lbs.
I'm less than a pound away from 40 lbs. lost since I originally started this journey in April 2011. I'm so excited!
